1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the arinalive.ph website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the arinalive.ph Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and arinalive.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of arinalive.ph is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. arinalive.ph strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

arinalive.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by arinalive.ph, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering the account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registering using a false identity, pseudonym, or the identity of another person.

arinalive.ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

arinalive.ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where eligibility requirements are not met, fraudulent activity is suspected, or these Terms have been violated.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arinalive.ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of account security.
• Notify arinalive.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

arinalive.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the activity in question.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

arinalive.ph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported where applicable.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the arinalive.ph deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• arinalive.ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your arinalive.ph account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• arinalive.ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours and network availability in the Philippines.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

arinalive.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

arinalive.ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• arinalive.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on arinalive.ph — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All non-live games on arinalive.ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or player behavior. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on arinalive.ph. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on arinalive.ph, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing arinalive.ph staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from arinalive.ph without prior written consent.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use arinalive.ph solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from arinalive.ph without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on arinalive.ph content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arinalive.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on arinalive.ph.

arinalive.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arinalive.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of arinalive.ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

arinalive.ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
